Welcome to Gut Skin Health. My name is Sylvia, and I started this website with a simple goal: to help women over 35 understand the link between gut health and skin health.

For years I believed that better skin was only about creams, masks, and expensive treatments. But I noticed that no matter what I used on the outside, my skin still looked tired. That’s when I learned about the gut–skin connection. A healthy gut can improve digestion, balance the body, and even make the skin look brighter and calmer.
